Onion Raita/ Curd Salad

Ingredients: 2 cups fresh curd, 1 cup finely chopped onion, salt to taste, 2- 3 tsp cumin seed powder, ½ tbsp chopped coriander

Preparation time: 5 min

Recipe:

1. Beat the curd to smoothen it.

2. Add onion and all other ingredients to this. Mix well and keep it in refrigerator.

3. Serve it chilled with pulao or paratha!
