Tomato Fenugreek Leaves

Ingredients: 2 medium size tomatoes, 2 cups fenugreek leaves chopped, 2 tsp cumin seed powder, salt to taste, a tsp of olive oil if you like

Preparation Time: 10 min

Recipe:

1.       Cut the tomatoes in cubes of a cm per side and place it in a bowl.

2.       Add the herb i.e. the chopped fenugreek leaves

3.       Add cumin seeds powder and salt. Do not mix now or it will leave water.

4.       Mix it well just before serving.

Tips: Plain fenugreek leaves salad when the herb is tender also tastes awesome!
