Ingredients: 1 cup finely sliced cabbage, 1 cup 1 inch sliced babycorn, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp mustard sauce, salt to taste, 2 tsp oregano flakes, 100gms mixed herbs garlic flavored butter, 15 brown bread slices cut diagonally halved
Preparation time: 25 min
Recipe:
1. Heat a pan at low gas.
2. In the meantime, take another pan, heat it and add olive oil. Heat oil for a minute and add cabbage and babycorn. Sauté for 2-3 min. Add salt and mustard sauce, mix well and allow cooking for two more minutes
3. In the meantime, place about 6-7 bread cuts on the pan and turn gas at medium flame. After half a min, turn over the slices and butter the top side of each piece. Turnover again. Butter the other side now. Turnover and wait half a minute. The pieces will turn crisp. If not turnover the pieces every half a minute till crisp.
4. Now add half tbsp of the sauteed cabbage corn mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on each of the piece. Cover with lid and turn gas low. Wait for two min till the cheese starts melting.
5. Serve it hot.
