Ingredients: 2 cups thick curd (not hung), 80gms zucchini finely diced (2 tbsp approx), 1 tbsp pomegranate, 1 cup grated bottle gourd, 2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste
Preparation Time: 10 min
Recipe:
1. Churn the curd and add it to a glass bowl/ salad bowl. Now add zucchini and pomegranate to this.
2. Add the grated lauki or bottle gourd to this without squeezing it (the water mixes with thick curd to make a consistent raita)
3. Add pepper and salt. Mix well and refrigerate it. Serve it chilled!
