Ingredients: 2 tbsp pomegranate, 1 tbsp finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped baby corn, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, salt to taste, 2-3 tsp butter, foil sheets cut in size of 10 x 10cm approx (4 -6 in number)
Preparation Time: 5 min
Recipe:
1. In a salad bowl, add pomegranate, onion and baby corn. Add honey, pepper and salt and toss the salad. Keep aside.
2. Now, spread the foil sheets and in the center apply 1/2 tsp butter with a knife or back of spoon. Be slow to ensure you don't cut the foil. Evenly distribute the salad per the number of foil sheets cut (approx 3/4 tbsp per sheet) and place it in the center over the butter. Gather the loose ends of the foil towards the center but do not press the ends in the center. Keep the salad see- through as shown in picture.
3. Before serving, heat a pan (medium flame) and place the foil wrapped salad over the same. Allow heating till you hear popping sound. Turn off the gas and the salad is ready to be served hot! Beware, the foil gets very hot so transfer the salad pouches with a spoon in the serving dish.
