Chhaanchh/ Seasoned Buttermilk

Ingredients: 2 cups fresh curd, 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 pinch of asafoetida, ½ tbsp chopped coriander, 2-4 leaves of mint, salt to taste.

Preparation Time: 5 min

Recipe:

1. Take curd and churn it. Add 4 cups water to this and churn well again.

2. Heat a small pan and add ghee to this. Heat for seasoning and add mustard seeds and asafoetida to this. Turn the gas off and pour the seasoning in the buttermilk.

3. Add salt, coriander and mint leaves.

4. Serve it chilled!
