French Beans and Potato Sticks

Ingredients: 2 cups full French beans cut an inch long, 1 cup potato cut into an inch long sticks, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 2 green chillies, a clove of garlic, salt to taste, 1 tsp oil.
Preparation Time: 15 min
Recipe:
1.       Take a shallow pan and heat it. Add oil. Heat it for seasoning. Add cumin seeds and wait till they pop. Add green chillies and garlic clove without chopping them.
2.       Add the French beans and potato sticks. Add salt to taste.
3.       Add little water. Mix well and cover with lid to help the veggies cook.
4.       Check after 5 min. If required add more water to cook the vegetables and cover with lid.
5.       Once cooked (the color of veggies changes), serve it hot!
Tips: This can be made without using potato sticks.
