Beetroot - Carrot Kachumbar/ Salad

Ingredients: 1 small beetroot, 1 medium size carrot, ½ cup pomegranate, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp black pepper powder, ½ a lemon, salt to taste

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Recipe:

1.       Grate the beetroot and the carrot. I generally do not squeeze the outcome.

2.       Take the grated veggies in a bowl; add pomegranate and all the other ingredients. Squeeze the lemon.

3.       Mix everything only when you want to eat.
Tips: You can also add freshly roasted crushed groundnuts about 1 tbsp.
