              Curry Leaves Chutney

Ingredients: 100gm dried curry leaves/ kadi patta, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tsp of cumin seeds, salt to taste


Preparation Time: 8 min







Recipe:

1.       Take all the ingredients and broil/ parch them in a hot pan for 5 min at medium gas

2.       Grind all the ingredients together

The chutney is ready!
Tips: To dry the curry leaves, spread them in a tray for a day or two until crisp.
