Ingredients: 200gm groundnut/ moongphali,
1 tbsp cumin seeds, 10- 12 garlic
cloves, salt to taste
Preparation
Time: 10 min
Recipe:
1.
Parch the groundnuts till they become brown (or
dark) i.e. typically for 10 minutes on medium gas and leave skin. Remove the
skin by following traditional method.
2.
Take all the ingredients and Grind them together
with groundnuts
The
chutney is ready!
