Angoori Shimlamirch

Ingredients: 1 big capsicum diced 1cm size, 15- 20 green long grapes halved vertically, 1 tsp asafoetida, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp oil
Preparation time: 15min
Recipe:
1. Heat a pan and add oil. Heat for seasoning and add mustard seeds and asafoetida.
2. Add capsicum and saute for a min on medium gas. Turn the gas low and allow cooking for 3 min.
3. Now, add the grapes and all the spices. Mix well. Add a cup of water and mix well.
4. Bring it to boil and cover it with lid. Turn the gas low and allow cooking for 5 -7 min.
5. You can have it hot with fulkas/ parathas as well.
