Drumsticks

Ingredients: 250gm drumsticks, 1/2 tbsp oil, 2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp asafoetida, 2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp freshly roasted groundnut powder

Preparation time: 20 min

Recipe:

1. Peel off the hard thread-like skin of the drumsticks and cut them to 2inch long pieces.

2. Take a pressure cooker and heat it. Add oil n heat for seasoning. Add mustard seeds and asafoetida to this.

3. Now add the drumsticks and mix well. Add all the spices and groundnut powder.
Mix well.

4. Add water till all the ingredients are just submerged. Pressure cook on medium gas with three whistles.

5. Serve it hot!
