Ingredients: 4-5 spring onions along with their blades finely chopped, 4-5 baby corns sliced thin and vertically, 1 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum and tomato each, 1 carrot chopped finely, 1 tbsp pomegranate, 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste
Preparation time: 15min
Recipe:
1. Take a salad bowl. Add all the veggies to this. Add black pepper, salt and dress it with oil. Toss all the ingredients well. Cool it if you like.
2. The salad is ready.
