Tortillas

Ingredients: 3 cups corn flour, 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tbsp curd, a pinch of salt, water per need

Preparation time: 30 min

Recipe :
1. Mix the flours in a mixing bowl. Add the curd and salt and mix well.

2. Now add water using a tbsp, per spoon at a time while mixing it continuously.

3. Knead the flour to a tight dough.

4. Cover it with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 20-30 min.

5. Later, massage the kneaded dough and make Equal sized balls (approx 6) to roll out 3 cm thich breads from each.

6. With a rolling pin n extra all purpose flour for dusting purpose, roll breads one by one.

7. Use a flat pan to cook the rolled bread and make tortillas. Be careful while cooking, toss it every few minutes till it gets cooked golden from both sides.

8. Stack the tortillas and keep it covered in cloth wrap to be used later.
