Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado diced, 2 spring onions finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, a broccoli floret for garnishing, 1 inch carrot sticks, 2 tsp honey, 1 tsp olive oil, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp oregano

Recipe:
1. Take a salad bowl and add avocado, onion and tomato.
2. Dress it with honey, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
3. Toss the salad well and use carrot sticks and broccoli for garnishing. Salad Salsa is ready to be served!
